Yoga and Meditation

Enjoy a healing class customized to meet the needs of the individual. We can offer a more vigorous expression of yoga, or a gentle, restorative class. Guests may also choose to enjoy a contemplative moment of meditation. This 1/2 hour guided meditation can be added before or after yoga or on its own.

Breathing Movement

  • Our classes involve several different yoga styles including: Vinyasa, Hatha, Kundalini, Anusara, Bikram and Aerial Hammock Yoga.
  • This can be booked as an individual treatment or a group class.
  • Up to 10 can book a class
