Yoga

  • Luxury accommodations in a spacious Garden-view Suite or Charming Yurt 
  • 1/2-hour meditation sessions from Yogic or Hawaiian spiritual tradition, depending on length of stay.
  • 1-hour Yoga sessions with one of our expert Yoga instructors depending on length of stay.  No Yoga experience is required. 
  • One additional daily fitness class of your choice; We offer Qigong, Tai Chi, Pilates
  • Three or five (based on length of stay), 60-minute Spa Treatments from our menu of massage, body wraps, or facials
